Logical Nivesh Academy makes arrangements for digital infrastructure, faculty, and other requirements about several months before the commencement of a session. Therefore every aspirant taking admission has to pay the complete fee as per their respective course fee, under any conditions no fee will be refunded to any student. You must agree to this mentioned condition before taking admission.
The information provided by you on the online registration has to be correct to the best of your knowledge and belief. You must know that in the event of any information being found to be incorrect or false, your admission may be cancelled.
The Logical Nivesh Academy reserves the right to send you emails (e-newsletters), SMS alerts/ WhatsApp alerts, and post on the mentioned communication details.
– Registration fee (Including GST) is not refundable under any circumstance whether you appear for the classes or not. The aspirant will ensure to appear for the online classes as per schedule. If they happen to miss the class for any reason, they can check-out the recorded session of the same, after the class.
– You must confirm and know that there is no fee refund in Online Programs or any other short-term program course in any condition and you agree to abide by the same.
– You should read all the refund rules and general rules & regulations of Logical Nivesh Academy as mentioned on the website and understand them clearly.
It may be charged/levied on online payment by various payment methods available on the website. Please evaluate all the options before proceeding.
You will get one month of support after the completion of the course where you can access the entire 4 to 5 hours of course content in video format.
– If you and Logical Nivesh Academy cannot resolve a dispute and either of us wants to take court proceedings, then such legal matter/dispute is subject to New Delhi, National Capital Region Jurisdiction only.
– The laws of India will apply to this contract.
– In the event of a dispute between you and Logical Nivesh Academy, both the parties agree not to engage in any conduct or communications, including on social media, designed to disparage each other.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Logical Nivesh Academy in relation to your purchase of the online course. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise, assurance, or warranty given by or on behalf of the academy which is not set out in these terms and that you shall have no claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation or negligent misstatement based on any statement in this agreement.
